- We avoid using plastics and aluminium.
- The tableware is washable melamine and the rubbish bags are biodegradable.
- All the packaging is recycled, it is compostable, degradable and/or recyclable.
- Biodegradable washing-up liquid.
- We cut down on all kinds of marine pollution. We use a tank for the sewage, we do not throw it into the sea.
